Payment, Returns + Refunds
Glamtech uses the globally recognised Paypal to process payment transactions. Using paypal not only gives you, the customer, piece of mind that you are dealing with a state of the art secure payment system but also helps us to prevent fraudulent activities.

Using credit cards, debit cards or charge cards:
If you do not have a Paypal account then click on ‘I don’t have a Paypal account’ when in the payment page and you can use your card.
Returns and refunds
Any defective product must be returned in its original packaging, along with your receipt to the place of purchase.
The warranty will not be valid to products showing abuse, damage or in our judgement not defective, nor will it apply if the product has been tampered with, altered or repaired other than by the manufacturer or its authorised agents.
The warranty does not apply to scissors that have been dropped or where the blade has been damaged after a period of use. If a scissor blade is damaged when the item arrives please return before use. PLEASE CHECK SCISSORS FOR DAMAGE ON RECEIPT as after use scissors can only be replaced for manufacturer fault and not due to damage to the blade.
Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange providing it is in its original condition and un-used within 14 days along with the order confirmation.
This warranty policy may be changed from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so. This does not affect your statutory rights.
